A: Pets OK^® actively gathers its pet friendly listings from a variety of sources. Typical Pets OK^® listings come from: private owners, newspapers, internet web sites, MLS (Multiple Listing Service), Property managers, Real-estate agents, etc.

 

Q: What types of properties do you list?

 

A: The properties that we list range from single rooms to studios, apartments, duplexes, condominiums, townhomes, and single family houses.

 

Q: How many properties does Pets OK^®have available?

 

A: Pets OK^® is constantly updating our database of pet friendly rental properties.  Pets OK^® has over 10,000 pet friendly property owners who list with Pets OK^® however rental properties with current vacancies will vary depending on market trends and condition.  As a subscriber you will have hundreds of listings to choose from.

 

Q: What if I have multiple pets?

 

A: Many cities, and most landlords, have very strict rules about multiple pets.  The Pets OK^® Rental Hot Sheet lists properties that typically allow one or two pets at most. Please realize that if you have multiple pets your rental search may take longer, and you may not be able to live in the area you'd like to.  Subscribers are encouraged to disclose and discuss the number and type of pets with prospective landlords prior to signing a lease, and /or for the Pets OK service.
